Melbourne based artist, Marc Bergmann uses oil paints to create a bright, colourful still life.

Commissioned by a private collector, this bespoke artwork suitably titled ‘Citrus and Hendricks’, was painted on hand stretched cotton canvas using the finest quality oil paints and retouch varnish. The piece is a vibrant oil painting of citrus fruit, Australian, botanical Flora and a Hendricks bottle. The primary focus of this piece was to highlight the priority, scale back indicate details of each object and allow the colour and simple shapes to tell the narrative.
